This guide will cover references, queue copying, and how to use the audit log. These are helpful features for operating your queues.

References

The reference tag is used to see if the queue/timetable/voice prompt or any other object is being used as a target in any other queue, IVR, etc. If a object has been used anywhere, it cannot be deleted before references are removed.

Step 1 screenshot

If it is used, the queue name and where it’s used will be displayed.

Step 2 screenshot

Copy queue

You can create a copy of your queue by clicking on the three lines and choosing "Copy as new". This will let you make a new queue with your current one as a base. All settings, prompts, etc. will be copied to the new one.

Step 3 screenshot

Audit log

You can view all changes made to your queue from the audit log. Additionally, the IVRs, Voice Prompts, Timetables and Callbacks all have their own audit log with the same function. Once you open one of your IVRs, Timetables, etc. the page will have the same three lines to click on and find the audit log.

Step 4 screenshot

You'll be able to see when the change was made, what kind of change it was, what was done and who did it.
