coming soonEnreach for Enterprises can offer different international telecommunication solutions according to the customer needs. In those countries (Enreach for Enterprises-countries; FI, SWE, DK, UK, PL) where Enreach for Enterprises is an operator, services are described in the country specific documentation.
In this document Enreach for Enterprises is describing international telecommunication services, which are not depending on country specific solutions.
Numbering Services
Extension numbering
Extension numbering is intended to be used as local or national Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers for personal usage such as PBX extension numbers. Customers can substitute existing local telecom services, such as PRI-connections or on-premises PBXs, with Enreach for Enterprises offerings and use Enreach for Enterprises cloud services with these numbers.
The service will be activated with the required amount of numbers, which can be allocated from local or regional number blocks according to the availability and customer’s needs. These numbers can be associated and act as “fixed line numbers” for any user’s device in the Enreach for Enterprises cloud. The numbers can be used as a display number (CLI) in the same way as with a traditional PBX environments.
For call termination, Enreach for Enterprises is using multiple international carriers (Egress carriers). Calling to Premium rate numbers is typically restricted.
In most countries it is required that the customer provides company and end user information (address, proof of identity) to Enreach for Enterprises so that local authorities accept the service delivery.
Number porting
Typically, customers can port their existing numbers to Enreach for Enterprises to retain the same numbers as they currently have.
When the customer contract ends or when subscriber leaves Enreach for Enterprises services, there numbers can be porting out or terminated. Enreach for Enterprises does not offer services for consumers. If the subscriptions are terminated and Enreach for Enterprises has not received a number porting request, the numbers will be returned to the original operator.
Emergency calls
Limitations can apply for emergency number availabilities. As regulations continuously change in this field it is recommended to always consult with Enreach for Enterprises for the actual situation in the respective country.
Service and queue numbers
Enreach for Enterprises offers international numbers for Queues which allow multiple simultaneous calls per Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number. Typical use cases are Switchboard or service desk queue numbers. Numbers can typically be allocated from local or national number ranges.
To cater for the capacity needed in terms of concurrent calls, Enreach for Enterprises maintain minute based charging for incoming calls to queue and service numbers.
Service and queue numbers can be allocated to be used in number presentation for outgoing calls.
In some countries it is required that the customer provides company or end user information (address, proof of identity) to Enreach for Enterprises so that local authorities accept the service delivery.
Bring your own Carrier
If customers have their own carrier or want to maintain their current operators for the provisioning of telecom services, it is also possible to connect to these carriers using SIP-interconnection to its Service Cloud.
In such cases a SIP trunk will be established between Enreach for Enterprises and the carrier of the customer.
