BeneCloud The services and products are managed, ordered, and provisioned through the BeneCloud web based portal in browser-based application called BenePortal Portal by Enreach.
BeneCloud services Services and products are assigned to the end customers by using predefined product templates called User types, in user role-based packages. In addition to products in the template, the individual users can be assigned additional optional products as needed.
User types define the list of suitable products that can be picked for a certain end user in a certain work role. Examples of the User types are “Mobile user” and “Call Center user”. A Call Center user has more service needs than a basic mobile user, and hence the User type product packaging is different.
User type pricing consist out of the mandatory BeneCore product, and the optional other products, priced separately and added on top of the core priceif needed.
Operator products are added individually to users as per their needs. More details about operator products and pricing is available in the separate Telecommunications Services Description(s).
The complete set of services and products per user is collected in the User role entity of the BenePortal. The User role contains both the license and the operator products that are provisioned to the respective user. The users’ total product price is summed up and billed based on the content of the User role.
