Here you can modify your Voice product settings. These settings can also affect how your other terminals behave. Some of these settings may not be visible to you.
Call settings:
Call transfers: Set how your work and mobile number calls are transferred.
Call recording: Set what calls are recorded.
Call offering mode: Set whether the calls are offered to terminals simultaneously or one-by-one.
Voicemail settings:
Voicemail greeting is played to the caller using text-to-speech before they leave a voicemail message
Menu target is an optional target phone number for incoming callers they can choose to be transferred to.
Directory settings:
Personal directory: Set up your personal mobile directory. Personal directory allows your mobile phonebook to be used in other Voice products.
Privacy settings:
Call privacy default: Define how the call privacy default is set for new direct calls.
Allow personal data in usage statistics: Define whether the Voice by Enreach application can send personal data like username when collecting usage data.
Terminal list:
View your terminal list and see if calls are offered to these terminals.
Your phone numbers:
View the numbers that are attached to your account.
Additional settings:
Advanced call settings: Set up less frequently used settings that affect your calls.
