Please note, edited user’s profile picture is not displayed here in settings. It can be seen at Contacts.

Clicking on the red x icon at top right stops editing the selected user and returns you to your own settings.User’s availability can be changed
General settings:
Show details opens the user’s directory contact. See more at Contacts, VoiceHub
Queue memberships and settings User’s current availability is displayed and can be changed.
Show queue membership displays the service queues the user is a member of. See more at Single user view
User’s profile picture is also displayed if the picture has been set.
