Enreach offers international numbers for queues and conferencing purposes, which allow multiple simultaneous calls per Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numberusers. Typical use cases are office switchboard and service desk queue numbers. For queue numbers. Numbers can be allocated from local and national number ranges, there are two different options for incoming call charging. Call service channel numbering requires either minute-based or capacity-based charging for incoming call traffic.

Incoming call termination (new chapter)

 Incoming call termination is charged per incoming call. When a call is made to an international queue number, a charging is based on call duration including queuing time. Charging is minute base and rounded up to the next full minute.

Local fixed line Flex does not include domestic[1] pre-packaged traffic but allows user to pay-as-you-go per minute. Traffic is invoiced based on the minutes used and the charge for the minutes is stated in the contract. Calls between customer IP-terminals and towards voicemail are free-of-charge. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are considered as a normal call traffic and invoiced as outgoing call.
